Kristen’s real estate practice includes both tenant and landlord representation, specializing in retail concepts and properties. Her eclectic professional experience as well as being a business owner has equipped her with insight and a skill set to effectively assist clients in making informed decisions.
Kristen is a scholarship recipient of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Emerging Broker Training (EBT) program. This rigorous curriculum is the most dynamic program available for professionals new to the industry. EBT was selected out of hundreds of training programs as the winner of the 2010 Bersin & Associates Operational Training and Development Excellence Award as well as the 2010 Gold Level Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Award.
Kristen has many interests, making her a natural entrepreneur. Her art career began with starting a mural painting business for homes and commercial spaces, which evolved into opening her own art gallery in Beachwood, OH. She used The O Gallery as a springboard to teach freelance art classes as corporate team building events and art as therapy events for nonprofit organizations and schools. She has facilitated groups as large as eighty people at a time for corporations such as Progressive Auto, The Cleveland Clinic, PNC Bank, The Ritz Carlton, and AIG Insurance to name a few. In her free time she is a freelance artist and the lead singer in a regional cover band. All of these elements give her access to diverse networks of professionals and unique opportunities to build relationships, which is what this business fundamentally comes down to.
